David Lewis

David Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. David is currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Synchron since 2022. Previously, they worked as a Research Volunteer at the University of Washington from October 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, David was a Software Engineer at Microsoft from August 2019 to December 2021, where they developed a mobile application for food ordering and integrated payment options.

David has also held positions as an NLC Fellow at New Leaders Council - Portland from January 2021 to June 2021, where they designed and built an application to display local elected officials. David worked as a Software Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton from July 2017 to July 2019, where they automated the validation process for Department of Labor deployments and developed a web application to monitor network threats. Before that, David taught web development as a Web Application Teacher and Developer at South Bend Code School from September 2016 to May 2017.

In addition, David served as the President of Wabruda at the University of Notre Dame from April 2016 to April 2017, where they organized officer duties, managed fundraising efforts, and facilitated community involvement. David gained project management skills as a Summer Intern at Booz Allen Hamilton from June 2016 to August 2016, where they worked on integrating a hybrid cloud model into the company infrastructure.

David's earlier experiences include working as a Customer & Fuel Service Associate at Wawa, Inc. from October 2012 to April 2016, and volunteering as an ICT Teacher with WorldTeach in June 2015 to August 2015. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership capabilities.

David Lewis has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame. David also obtained a High School Diploma from Toms River East. In addition, they have an ICAgile Certified Professional certification obtained in July 2017 from ICAgile.
