Jowilla Rabor has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jowilla currently works as the North America Service Office Leader at SoftwareONE, where they are responsible for PMO, Service Success Managers, Resource Management, and Service Operations. Jowilla is also serving as the Chief Operating Officer for SynchroNet, a SoftwareONE Company. Prior to this, Jowilla worked at Hitachi Consulting as the Americas Organization Effectiveness Practice Leader, Director, and Senior Manager in the Organization & Transformation Solutions department. Jowilla also gained experience as a Consultant at A! Consulting Group Inc and worked in the Operations Improvement Team at Nestle USA. Jowilla's earlier experience includes working as a Law Firm Administrator at Paparelli & Partners LLP.

Jowilla Rabor has an MBA with a concentration in Strategy and Management Consulting from the USC Marshall School of Business. Prior to pursuing their MBA, they completed their BA at UC Irvine, where they majored in English with a minor in Humanities and Law.
