Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Synchronoss Technologies, Malcolm is responsible for delivering Financial Analytics solutions that enhance operational efficiencies. As Director of North Western Consultants Limited, a consultancy specializing in integrated solutions primarily in the security industry, Malcolm oversees operations in the UK and the Middle East. Previous roles include Principal Solutions Architect at Ericsson, where Malcolm managed critical infrastructure projects, and significant positions at Olive Group and Soncell International.
