Rachel Ragsag

Rachel Karen Ragsag is an experienced operations analyst currently serving as Team Lead at Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. since November 2023. Previously, Rachel held various leadership roles at SynchronoSure®, including Policy Services Team Lead and Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, from April 2020 to November 2023. Rachel started a career at Chubb as an Operation Support Officer and QA Lead Tester, and has also worked at Mediacom Solutions Inc. as an Account Executive, and at Accenture as a Contract Analyst. Educationally, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Makati and an Associate degree in Computer Application Technology from the same institution.
