Joy Bowling

Joy Bowling is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as SVP at Synchrony since April 2016, Joy has held several senior leadership roles, including SVP of Enterprise Initiatives and Optimization, and SVP of the Office of the CIO, among others. Prior to Synchrony, Joy worked at Accenture for nearly two decades, advancing to the role of Senior Manager. Joy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, earned between 1993 and 1997.
