Rachel Lieberman

Rachel Lieberman serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel for Labor, Employment & Benefits at Synchrony Financial since January 2014. Prior to this role, Rachel Lieberman held various positions at GE Capital from June 1999 to January 2014, including Executive Counsel for Labor and Employment Law, Vice President and Senior Counsel, and Counsel for Employment Law. Rachel Lieberman began their legal career at Wolf Block, where Rachel worked as a Partner/Associate from August 1990 to May 1999. Rachel Lieberman earned a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in American Literature from The George Washington University.
