Sheila Bradley

Sheila Bradley is an experienced compliance and project management professional with a robust career spanning over three decades in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Compliance Initiatives at Synchrony since July 2014, Sheila has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of Strategic Projects and Vice President of Partner Infrastructure. Prior experience includes project management positions at GE Capital, where responsibilities included system hierarchy design and management for a $4 billion company, as well as client services management focused on compliance with federal regulations. Earlier roles at Sky Bank and KeyBank encompassed sales management, customer service, and credit risk assessment. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Human Services Leadership and an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Urbana University.
