Ridhima Sood has extensive experience in analytics, currently serving as Vice President at Synchrony since June 2015, with prior roles including Lead Assistant Vice President and Assistant Vice President in the same field. Ridhima's background also includes a position as Service Delivery Leader at American Express from January 2013 to June 2015, and a brief tenure as Service Delivery Manager for CRM Analytics at AbsolutData Analytics in late 2012. Earlier career experiences at GENPACT LLC from April 2005 to September 2012 encompassed various roles from Business Analyst to Senior Manager. Ridhima holds an MA (Hons) in Economics from the Department of Economics at Delhi School of Economics, obtained between 2002 and 2004, and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, completed in 2002.
