Susan A Dixon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the travel and expense management sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Travel & Expense at Synchrony since September 2014, Susan leads the global function for Synchrony's Travel, Expense, and Corporate Card Programs within the Source to Pay organization. Prior experience includes roles at IBM as a Client Solution Executive focused on Business Development Finance and Administration, and at SAP Concur as a Sales Executive for Travel & Expense SaaS solutions, where Susan was recognized in the Presidents Club in 2011. Additional leadership experience includes Vice President of Client Management at HRG North America, overseeing a team of program managers and managing over 100 corporate accounts, and serving as Director of Solution Consulting at Bell. Educational background includes a BA in English from Cape Breton University and further studies at the Schulich School of Business at York University.
