Gwenaelle Pemberton

Gwenaelle Pemberton is a seasoned regulatory professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Regulatory Advisor at Syncona Limited since July 2022, Gwenaelle has held significant roles including SVP Regulatory and Quality at Beacon Therapeutics and Head of Regulatory Affairs at AGTC. Prior to these positions, Gwenaelle was Vice President at Gilead Sciences, managing global regulatory strategies across multiple regions, and had a lengthy tenure at Pfizer, where leadership encompassed various regulatory portfolios and successful product approvals. Gwenaelle's academic credentials include a Master’s in Pharmaceuticals Medicines and a Diploma in Transformative Coaching, further complemented by coaching accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.
