Martina Drexler

Martina Drexler has held various roles in the field of organizational development and human resources. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as an HR-Business-Manager at ENKO Staudinger Unternehmensgruppe. In 2017, they joined SYNCPILOT Group and served as the Head of Human Resources until January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Organizational Development at SYNCPILOT Group.

Martina Drexler completed their education history with a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organisationsentwicklung from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended the Institut Perspektivenwechsel München, from 2020 to 2021, where they obtained a degree in Mediatorin and became a member of BM (unknown organization or association). Martina also holds a diploma in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Economic Engineering) from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, which they earned from 1994 to 1999.
