Kim Ekelund is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience at Syncron, where Kim currently serves as Director of Customer Services, managing approximately 30 team members and establishing Premium Support services focused on enhancing customer satisfaction. Kim’s career at Syncron began as a Configuration Consultant, and includes extensive experience in service and project management derived from earlier positions at KSD Software. Ekelund holds a Master of Science in Informatics from Lund University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Halmstad University.
