Kriss Nowicki

Kriss Nowicki is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in defining and implementing technology strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Syncron since June 2021, Kriss is responsible for key IT functions, including Identity and Access Management and IT Operations. Prior roles include managerial positions at Klarna, where Kriss led Microsoft Technology Stack Operations and oversaw a significant Cloud Transformation project, and Global IT Manager at O-I, managing IT infrastructure for a Fortune 500 company. Previous experience includes leading IT at Gfi World and providing specialized support as a Microsoft Systems Engineer. Kriss holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a Master's degree from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.
