Samson James

Samson James is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing employee excellence and human resources functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Excellence at Syncron since November 2015, Samson oversees HR functions for the India and Japan regions and manages business partnering for the EMEA region. Prior experience includes roles at Trivium eSolutions as Manager of Human Resources, focusing on building high-performing teams, and Harman International as Manager of Rewards, where Samson implemented best-in-class compensation programs. Previous positions also include Manager of Human Resources at The Walt Disney Company and various roles at Akamai Technologies, where Samson was involved in compensation, benefits, and recruiting. Educational qualifications include a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a PGDBA from Christ College.
