Santosh S. is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Syncron since July 2019, Santosh previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Goodera, where responsibilities included leading the development of the enterprise SaaS product and managing a 40-member engineering team. Prior experience includes Associate Director of Product Development at Jifflenow, where Santosh played a key role in designing and developing platform suites for Fortune 5000 clients, and served in various technical leadership positions at companies such as TELiBrahma and JDA Software. Santosh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Karnatak University and has a strong background in software architecture, Agile methodologies, and team management.
