Satya Prasad

Satya Prasad is an accomplished HR and operations professional with extensive experience in employee excellence and human resources management. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Excellence at Syncron since September 2021, Satya also holds the position of HR Manager at Mize since July 2012, where responsibilities include creating a cohesive HR department focused on measurable outcomes and developing policies to enhance employee engagement. Prior experience includes a role as Delivery Manager at Magna Infotech from January 2006 to August 2011, where Satya was responsible for effective recruitment. Satya holds a Master of Engineering in Automation and Robotics Engineering from Osmania University and a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial and Production Engineering from G. Pulla Reddy Engineering College.
