Shannon Scott

Shannon Scott has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. In 1998, they founded and served as the CEO/President of Infusion Technology until 2006. They went on to establish Netleverage Consulting in 2006 and served as its Founder and CEO for a year. From 2007 to 2011, Scott worked as the CEO/President of TaxBreak, providing leadership and strategic planning for the company. In 2018, they joined Synergi Partners as the Partner and EVP of Alliances and later served as the Chief Marketing Officer until 2021. In 2011, Scott founded Infinza dba NeonHCM, a full-service HRIS and HCMS platform. They led the company as the Founder and CEO until 2022. In 2022, they assumed the role of CEO and Founder at Trak Capital, an HR tech investment firm. Additionally, in 2022, Scott also served as the CEO of SyncStream Solutions. Lastly, from 2021, they were the Chief Executive Officer of OnCentive - Tax Credits & Business Incentives.
