Svitlana Zakrevska has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis. Svitlana started their career in 2004 as an analyst at Intellect-Service, where they eventually became the Lead Business Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for writing requirements specifications, validating implementation, and providing support to customers. Svitlana also mentored and supported junior BAs.
In 2011, Svitlana joined PocketBook as a Business Analyst, where they worked on various projects such as PocketBook reader, PocketBook cloud, KidRead, and OrderManagementSystem. Svitlana was responsible for understanding stakeholders' requirements, converting them into documents, and creating user stories, detailed requirements specifications, diagrams, wireframes, and use cases.
From 2016 to 2020, Svitlana worked at Jammy Instruments as a Business Analyst/Project Manager. Svitlana gathered and specified requirements, conducted user experience research, managed product backlog, and oversaw the development of hardware devices, companion mobile apps, and web-platform. Svitlana also managed the technical delivery of the projects and supervised internal and external resources.
In 2020, Svitlana joined Selerant as a Business Analyst. Svitlana collaborated with the product owner and subject matter experts to identify business needs and define future states. Svitlana also worked with the solution architect to develop possible solutions for the organization. Svitlana'smain projects included a configuration management project, advanced recipe development project, and NPDI for small and medium businesses.
Most recently, in 2022, Svitlana started working at Syndicode as a Business Analyst.
Svitlana Zakrevska obtained their Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the National Aviation University from 1999 to 2004. Svitlana also pursued a second Engineer's degree in Accounting from the same university, completing it from 2002 to 2004.
In addition to their formal education, Svitlana Zakrevska has acquired additional certifications. In December 2022, they obtained certification in "Better User Stories" from Mountain Goat Software. Svitlana also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification in Quantitative Tools for Quality and Productivity from the Technical University of Munich in August 2022.
