Brett Hopkins

Brett Hopkins has a diverse background in various senior leadership roles throughout their career. Brett is currently the Director of Customer Success for North America at Syndigo. Prior to this, they worked at Schneider Electric for 10 years, where they held the position of eCommerce and Marketing Technology Leader for North America. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team and overseeing the strategy, development, implementation, and maintenance of multiple eCommerce and Marketing applications. Before Schneider Electric, Brett worked at Dunn Solutions Group as the Practice Director for Application Development, where they led a global technology team and managed client applications. Brett also served as the CIO at Beverage Solutions, where they developed IT strategy and led various departments. Early in their career, Brett was the Vice President of Online Software Engineering at Kaplan Professional, where they implemented ecommerce solutions and drove e-business initiatives.

Brett Hopkins has a B.A in Education/Computer Science from Western Illinois University. Additionally, they have completed a Java Developer Program in Computer Science at DePaul University.
