Gaurav KJ has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Gaurav is currently working as a Senior Associate Vice President (Special Project) at Synechron since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Tarang Software Technologies for a long tenure, where they held various positions including Vice President - IT & Digital Services, Asst. Vice President (TA & Business Operations), Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition & Business Operations, Manager - RMG, and Lead - Recruitment. Gaurav also worked as a Team Lead - Staffing at YSC and as an Executive - HR at Tata Teleservices Ltd. Throughout their career, they have gained leadership experience in sales, client services, IT consulting, and recruitment. Gaurav has been instrumental in securing significant deals with banking and payments clients, particularly in digital banking, cards, real-time payments, and SWIFT payments. Gaurav also has expertise in business expansion, revenue growth, and managing multiple teams and accounts.

Gaurav KJ completed their high school education at St. Paul's School from 1988 to 2000, majoring in PCM. Gaurav then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in HRM at MU from 2000 to 2003. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resource Management from CVRU, studying from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Gaurav also obtained certifications such as Advance Certified Recruiter (ACR) from TROM (Association with XLRII) and Competency Based Interviewing Skills Using Behavioral Event Interviews from SEQUEL Consulting India, both in 2012.
