Dr. Stephan Hausl

Dr. Stephan Hausl is an experienced Analyst and Trader for Power & Gas at Syneco Trading GmbH since January 2019, managing a structured portfolio and focusing on short-term trading strategies and quantitative modeling. Prior to this role, Dr. Hausl worked at EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG from July 2016 to December 2018, providing trade support and conducting power market analysis using fundamental modeling and statistical methods. Dr. Hausl's career began at Research Studios Austria Forschungsgesellschaft mbH as a Researcher from March 2011 to June 2015, where involvement in energy research projects focused on regional energy systems, renewable energies, and climate change effects. Dr. Hausl holds a Dr.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology and a Diplom-Ingenieur in the same field from the Technical University of Munich, with a study abroad semester at the American University of Beirut.
