Mika Eckhardt

Mika Eckhardt currently serves as a Spot-Trader at Syneco Trading GmbH, specializing in intraday optimization for customer facilities in the electricity and gas markets since April 2023. Prior experience includes an energietechnisches Praktikum at eins energie in sachsen GmbH & Co. KG, where Mika developed a black start concept for a motor heating power plant and conducted research on energy technology and decarbonization efforts. Additional roles include modeling the Chemnitz power grid as a student assistant at Technische Universität Chemnitz and providing technical support at soft2tec GmbH. Early career experience includes a project coordinator position at Opel, focusing on advanced manufacturing technologies and electrification projects.
