Robert T. Armbruster, MSPM

Robert T. Armbruster, MSPM has extensive work experience in logistics and maintenance management. Robert T. has worked as a Logistics Manager at Synectic Solutions, Inc. since 2014, providing acquisition logistics management support and evaluation for the AIM-9X Sidewinder Missile program. In this role, they plan and manages logistics planning workshops and coordinates logistics support efforts with various stakeholders.

Prior to their current position, Armbruster served in the United States Air Force for over 27 years, holding various leadership roles. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Director of Maintenance/Superintendent/Wing Weapons Manager, overseeing maintenance on 32 F-22 aircraft and managing additional assets valued at $6 billion. Robert T. also evaluated deficiency reports and ensured oversight for all maintenance training processes.

From 2009 to 2010, Armbruster served as the Wing Weapons Manager at Osan AB, leading and managing over 200 aircraft armament system personnel. From 2007 to 2009, Armbruster was the Lead Production Superintendent/Armament Flight Chief, overseeing inspections and repairs for A-10C, HC-130, and HH-60G aircraft. Robert T. also served as the Armament Flight Chief, managing all armament flight functions for 54 A-10C aircraft.

From 1987 to 2007, Armbruster held the role of Asst. Aircraft Maintenance Unit/Lead Production Superintendent, leading over 200 enlisted personnel in maintaining A/0A-10 aircraft for various missions. Robert T. also served as an Air Expeditionary Force Project Officer, coordinating the shipment of equipment and aircraft to Afghanistan.

Robert T. Armbruster, MSPM has a Master's Degree in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics from the same university, with minors in Safety and Management. Additionally, they hold an Associate's Degree in Aircraft Armament Systems Technology from the USAF Community College of the AF. In 2001, they completed the Production Superintendent Course through the USAF.
