David Gavin

David Gavin has extensive work experience in finance and operations. David is currently working at Synectics (Global) as the Director of Finance and Operations since October 2020. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager from January 2017 to October 2020, the Commercial Director from September 2013 to January 2017, the Finance Director from March 2012 to September 2013, and the Finance Manager from December 2008 to March 2012, all within Synectics (Global).

Before joining Synectics (Global), David held the position of Financial Controller at BLP UK Ltd from April 2008 to December 2008. David also worked as a Commercial Accountant at TSC Foods from October 2005 to March 2008, and as a Senior Management Accountant at Oasis Leisure Products Ltd from January 2001 to September 2004.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Finance Manager at WSP Group Ltd from January 2000 to January 2001, and as a Management Accountant at CRH Fencing & Security Group (UK) Ltd from April 1999 to January 2000.

David Gavin attended The Hayfield School from 1991 to 1998. Following their time at The Hayfield School, they went on to study at Birmingham City University from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accountancy and Law.
