Roya Khodabakhshi

Roya Khodabakhshi has been working in the finance and accounting industry since 2003. Roya started their career as a Senior Accountant at Tate & Tryon, CPAs & Consultants. In 2008, they joined Cordia Partners as a Manager. In 2015, they joined Synectics for Management Decisions, Inc as Chief Financial Officer and Controller. In their role as Controller, they are responsible for all financial, budgeting, and day-to-day accounting functions, coordinating and overseeing both external independent and DCAA audits, preparing, submitting, and negotiating Incurred Costs Submissions, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local corporate payroll and other applicable tax issues.

Roya Khodabakhshi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University. Roya is also a Certified Public Accountant.
