Jason Ball has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Jason began their career as a Second Line Support Analyst at Vodafone in 2005 before transitioning to Third Line Support. In 2010, they joined Navman Wireless UK Ltd as a Second Line Support Analyst. Afterward, Jason moved to Input Squared Limited, where they worked as an Application Support Analyst. Jason then joined Synectics Solutions, starting as a Database Support Analyst and gradually progressing to the roles of Technical Business Analyst, Technical Relationship Manager, Product Owner, and currently, Delivery Lead. Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a keen attention to detail.
Jason Ball attended Elmfield Training where they obtained an NVQ Level 2 in IT Users and an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Services. Jason also studied at Newcastle under Lyme College, earning a GNVQ in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Additionally, they attended Chelmsford College, receiving a Btec diploma in Public Services.
