Abdurasul Absalomov

Abdurasul Absalomov is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in talent development and higher education. Currently serving as a Talent Development Manager at SYNEL MLL PayWay Ltd. since July 2021, Abdurasul focuses on creating and implementing talent management strategies. Abdurasul has held numerous teaching roles, including Visiting Practitioner at Westminster International University in Tashkent and Visiting Lecturer at TOBB ETÜ, where responsibilities encompassed course delivery and student mentorship. Previous roles in academia include Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Senior Officer on Alumni Relations Management, and Career Center Officer. In addition to academic endeavors, Abdurasul worked as a Project Manager for the Economic Fundamentals Initiative, overseeing project plans and budgets. Abdurasul holds a Master's degree with Distinction in International Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, both from Westminster International University in Tashkent.
