Susan McFarland

Susan McFarland is an accomplished Clinical Trial Manager with extensive experience in clinical research management. Currently serving as Principal Clinical Trial Manager at Syneos Health since November 2022, Susan previously held senior roles at Clinipace and PRA Health Sciences, where responsibilities included day-to-day leadership, project management, and ensuring compliance with trial protocols and client expectations. Additional experience includes roles at ICON plc, PAREXEL, i3 Research, and Kendle International, where Susan managed clinical teams, developed project plans, and liaised with sponsors to ensure project success. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Georgetown College and studied Organic Chemistry at Miami University.
