David Munson

David Munson has been working in the field of Information Technology since 2005. David began their career as a Department Supervisor at The Home Depot, where they were responsible for managing shrink within their departments and training associates to safely drive fork lifts. In 2008, they joined Kohl's Department Stores as an IT Specialist, Real Time Assistance Team Lead, Resource Desk Team Lead, and Customer Service Advocate. During this time, they handled customer calls with regards to shipping and product issues along with problems with the Kohls.com website. In 2014, they joined Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. as a Network and System Administrator. Most recently, in 2018, they joined SynerComm Inc. as an Information Solutions Consultant and Co-Managed Services Engineer.

David Munson obtained their Bachelor's of Science in English with a focus on Creative Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2007. In 2013 and 2014, they earned a Certification in CCNA from Waukesha County Technical College.
