Omar Quintero is an experienced program manager and systems engineer with a robust background in information technology and project management across various governmental entities. Currently serving as Program Manager at Syneren Technologies Corporation for the Defense Technology Security Administration, Omar has previously held significant roles including Program Director at 9th Way Insignia, where responsibilities included managing Cybersecurity and Robotic Process Automation programs for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
