Tim Skaja

Tim Skaja is an accomplished entrepreneur and senior executive with over 20 years of experience in leadership and advisory roles. Currently, Tim serves as the Owner of Pints & Paddle, which features indoor Pickleball courts and a self-pour taproom and restaurant, and holds positions as a Strategic Advisor and Board Member at SynerFuse and Secure Digital Solutions, Inc. As the Founder of Skaja Consulting, Tim specializes in strategic business planning and operational efficiencies for start-ups and growth companies. Tim's previous experience includes significant roles at Global Tel*Link, where responsibilities included executive vice president of operations and senior vice president of product management, as well as ownership of Renovo Software Inc. and a CTO position at Todd Communications, Inc. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from North Dakota State University.
