Sal Martinico

Sal Martinico is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategic partnerships, sales, and coaching. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Synergi Partners since August 2022, Martinico previously held the position of COPE Certified Optimal Health Coach at Amazing Healthy Lives from June 2020 to January 2023. Prior roles include RVP of Sales at MindGym, VP of Global Workforce Solutions at KELLY OCG, and Director of Business Development at Conduent HR Services. Martinico’s extensive experience in sales and business development spans several organizations, including Convey, CARCO Group, and ADP, where various leadership roles were undertaken. Martinico holds a B.S. in Marketing from Ithaca College.
