Tom Vanoirbeek

Tom Vanoirbeek is the CEO of Synergie België. Prior to this role, Tom has held various leadership positions in different companies such as Adecco, The Adecco Group, Start People, and USG People. Tom has a strong background in strategic account management, operational management, and international sales. Tom is also a proud member of Adecco USA's ACE Program, which aims to help athletes find flexible job opportunities and transition smoothly into great careers outside of sports. Tom holds a Master's in Business Administration and has studied law at various universities.
