Leah Strout

Leah Strout, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Leah began their career in 2004 as a Resident Director at Fordham University. Leah then moved on to Paradigm Solutions in 2005, where they held various roles including Human Resources Generalist and Director of Human Resources. At Paradigm Solutions, Leah was responsible for managing various HR functions such as benefits and compensation, performance management, HR compliance, employee relations, and M&A activities. In 2011, they joined CACI International Inc as an Employee Relations Manager and later became an HR Business Partner/Sr. Principal. During their time at CACI, Leah supported a client group of 1,000 client-facing employees and utilized effective employee relations practices to mitigate risk and resolve conflicts. Most recently, in 2015, Leah joined Synergist Computing as the Chief Administrative Officer, where they continue to contribute their expertise in HR and administration.

Leah Strout, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in History, Business, and International Studies, which they obtained from the University of Scranton from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned their HS Diploma in General Studies from Damascus High School from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their educational background, they have also obtained certifications such as SHRM-SCP from SHRM in December 2015 and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2007.
