Prabakar Marimuthu

Prabakar Marimuthu has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Prabakar currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering at Synergita, where they provide technology leadership and sets the direction for two products - Employee Performance Management and OKR. Prabakar is responsible for defining and managing the product roadmap to ensure competitiveness and meet customer needs. Prior to this role, Prabakar worked as a Delivery Manager at Synergita.

Before joining Synergita, Prabakar worked at Aspire Systems for a significant portion of their career. Prabakar held various roles including Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Technical Manager, Project Leader, Senior Engineer, and Engineer. Notably, as a Project Manager, they successfully managed multiple development projects for ISVs and enterprise customers in the US and UK. Prabakar worked closely with customers throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. Prabakar's experience at Aspire Systems demonstrates their strong project management skills and ability to deliver successful outcomes.

Prabakar Marimuthu completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy from 1996 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Prabakar Marimuthu has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they achieved the Oracle Certified Master, Java EE 5 Enterprise Architect certification from Oracle. Furthermore, in 2013, they acquired the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.

More recently, Prabakar Marimuthu obtained a variety of certifications in 2021 and 2022. In 2021, they completed the Developing Executive Presence certification from LinkedIn, and in 2022, they achieved the Agile Scrum Certification Training from the Master of Project Academy.
