Melissa Russalesi has worked in the finance and operations industry since 2001. Melissa began their career at Black's Guide, Inc. in 2001 as a Lead Production Editor. In 2005, they joined Synergy 360 as a Vice President of Finance & Operations, and also served as an Executive Assistant.
