Deborah Loyd has a diverse work experience, holding various roles in different companies. Deborah is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Synergy Billing, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Command Medical Products, Inc. from October 2019 to February 2022. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Stewart Marchman Act Behavioral Healthcare (SMA) from October 2017 to October 2019. Additionally, Deborah previously held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Synergy Billing from October 2016 to October 2017. Their earlier experience includes serving as the President of Interstate All Battery Center of Daytona from August 2009 to August 2016.

Deborah Loyd completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Tampa between 1989 and 1992. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from the University of South Florida, which they attended from 1982 to 1986. In addition to their academic qualifications, Deborah Loyd obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in October 2021.
