Lisa Summers is a Senior Business Analyst with a background in technical writing and program management. Lisa has extensive experience working as a contractor for USDA - U.S. Forest Service Special Uses Data System, where Lisa excels at eliciting and documenting requirements, creating process flows, and identifying value-added solutions for the customer.
