Milton Villon

Milton Villon founded SYNERGY Ecuador in 2000 and held the positions of Founder, Chairman, and CEO. In 2007, they went on to found Virtualika and served as its CEO.

Milton Villon's education history is as follows:

- In 1986 to 1991, they attended the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral and received a degree in Computer Engineering.

- In 1993 to 1995, they enrolled in the ESPAE Graduate School of Management - ESPOL and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration.

- In 2013, they completed the Programa de Alta Dirección de Empresas - PADE at IDE Business School, focusing on Administration and Management of Companies.

- In 2015 to 2016, they took part in the PROGRAMA DE ALTA GERENCIA - (PAG II) at the ESPAE Graduate School of Management - ESPOL, specializing in Administration and Management of Companies.

- In 2017, they received certification for the 2nd Certification in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Universidad Espíritu Santo.

- In 2018, they attended the University of Virginia for the Digital Transformation program, with a focus on Business and Technology.

- In 2021, they completed the Board of Directors Program at INCAE Business School and also earned a degree in Administration and General Business Management from the PAG - Programa de Alta Gerencia at the same school.

- In 2022, they attended the Board Member Program at TOMATE GOVERNANCE and obtained a degree in Governance Corporate at IDE Business School and the Executive Program for Board Members at AEMD - ASOCIACION ECUATORIANA DE MIEMBROS DE DIRECTORIOS.

In addition to their formal education, Milton Villon has obtained various certifications, including the Microsoft Partner Sales Acceleration Bootcamp, Microsoft Azure Partner Sales Bootcamp, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, and Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals from Microsoft. Milton also completed the Advanced Management Program at EGADE ExEd de EGADE Business School and participated in the 5-Day Digital Business Transformation Challenge from CXO Transform. Furthermore, they acquired certification in Innovación en las Industrias 4.0 from Escuela de Empresas USFQ.
