Lily Mkryan

Lily Mkryan serves as the Head of Business Development at Synergy International Systems since 2015, previously holding roles as Business Development Manager for Public Finance Management solutions and Business Development Specialist. Responsibilities include screening international tenders, researching new business opportunities, managing proposal preparations, representing the company at international conferences, developing marketing materials, and conducting outreach for lead identification. Prior to this role, Lily worked as an Executive Assistant and Translator at Renco S.p.A. from 2013 to 2014. Currently pursuing dual Executive MBA degrees in General Management at the University of York and the University of Strasbourg, education history includes advanced studies in Italian Language and Literature from Università per Stranieri di Perugia and a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Yerevan State University in the same field.
