Jim Stefano

Jim Stefano began their work experience in 1975 at Citibank, where they served as the Manager for Student Loans Customer Service & Loan Processing. Jim then joined Unisys in 1984 as an Account Manager before moving on to Synergy ITS in 1989. At Synergy, Jim held various roles including President, Vice President of Client Services & HR, and eventually retired as the President of Synergy IT Solutions in July 2020. Throughout their career, Jim focused on providing excellent service to customers and employee owners.

Jim Stefano earned their BA in History & English from Canisius University, where they studied from 1969 to 1973. Jim then pursued their MA in Urban Studies/ American History at the University at Buffalo from 1973 to 1974. In 2007 to 2008, Jim completed a Post Graduate program in Management at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
