Peter Löfgren

Peter Löfgren is the Managing Director and co-founder of SynerLeap, ABB's innovation growth hub, since August 2016, focusing on collaborating with startups to accelerate value creation. With an extensive career at ABB since 1994, Peter has held various roles including SVP Global Startup Collaborations and Head of Strategic Collaboration & Business Development, overseeing innovation cycles and partnerships across corporate and startup landscapes. Their previous positions include R&D Group Manager, Coordinator of ABB Simulation Network, and Project Manager, demonstrating a strong background in technology and product development. Additionally, Peter serves on multiple boards such as the Electrum Foundation and Västmanland R&D Council, and has been involved as a jury member for the Skapa Award. Peter's educational credentials include an Executive MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Stockholm School of Economics, along with multiple certifications in business and project management.
