Jean-Félix Lesueur has accumulated extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and packaging industry. Recently, they served as the President & CEO of Synerlink, a division specializing in food and dairy packaging equipment. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Deputy General Manager at DS Smith, where they implemented a new strategy and established strategic alliances. Jean-Félix also held positions such as Vice President at Sidel, where they oversaw modular architecture and served as the CEO, and Director of the factory and technical department at Alpina Savoie. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a talent for driving growth and innovation within organizations in the food and packaging industry.
Jean-Félix Lesueur completed their master's degree in engineering and manufacturing from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers between 1982 and 1985. Later, they pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Rennes School of Business, which they completed between 2003 and 2005.
