Evan Hardege

Evan Hardege is a Senior Electrical Engineer at Synertec, with a focus on delivering environmentally sustainable solutions across various sectors, including energy and advanced manufacturing, since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Compliance Engineer at Energys Australia and Project Engineer at Marand Precision Engineering, specializing in rail projects. Evan's extensive background also encompasses over a decade at the Bureau of Meteorology as a Senior Systems Engineer, where responsibilities included developing concepts for solar power systems, and as a Supervising Engineer for hydrogen systems. Prior to this, Evan worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Lycopodium, managing electrical and control design for industries such as food and pharmaceuticals, and held positions at SEMF and Siemens, focusing on software development and field service for control systems. Evan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology, earned between 1986 and 1992.
