Punkaj Jain

Punkaj Jain is the SVP of HealthTech at Synerzip. Punkaj has over 19 years of experience in the technology industry and has held various leadership positions during their career.

Punkaj Jain co-founded ProbioticSmart in April 2009 and served as the company's President and CTO until October 2014. Punkaj was responsible for the company's technology strategy and product development. ProbioticSmart was a health care startup that developed a palliative medicine patient management solution.

Punkaj Jain also worked at Companion Health Technologies, Inc. from November 2014 to May 2015 as the CTO. Punkaj was responsible for technology management, strategy, product development, and operations. Punkaj launched a HIPAA compliant cloud-based mobile solution on iOS and Android that allowed patients to access disease information, self-assessment questionnaires, care plans, medication reminders, and direct access to their medical care team.

Prior to their work in the health care industry, Punkaj Jain worked at Convergys (formerly DigitalThink) from July 2000 to February 2005 as the Senior Director of Engineering.

Punkaj Jain has a certificate in Organization and Management from the University of California, Berkeley. They have a MS in Computer Science from Wayne State University. They have taken post bachelor's courses in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. They have a BS in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
