Kate Cirelli

Kate Cirelli has a diverse work experience history spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2013, they worked at Exodus Cry, LLC as an Operations Coordinator, Event Coordinator, and eventually as a Human Resources Manager. Their responsibilities included coordinating events, managing staff and volunteers, creating HR policies, administering payroll, conducting recruitment efforts, and overseeing onboarding. In 2016, Kate joined Rally Point Capital, LLC as a Human Resources Generalist, where they handled hiring and recruitment, developed personnel policies, maintained compliance with employment regulations, managed employee evaluations, and maintained HR records. Since 2017, Kate has been working at Synexis, first as a Client Coordinator/Accounting Clerk, where they handled accounts payable and receivables, supported company onboarding, and maintained HR and accounting records. Kate later became a Client Relationship Manager, providing CRM support from pre-sale to post-sale operations and managing a team of client service members. Currently, they hold the role of Commercial Manager at Synexis, overseeing the proposal process, managing risk reviews, supporting contract development and negotiations, and ensuring bid compliance and risk mitigation.

From 2009 to 2013, Kate Cirelli attended International House of Prayer University, where they pursued a degree in Biblical Studies with a focus on Bible/Biblical Studies.
