Mie Kitano

Mie Kitano has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mie is currently serving as the Managing Director and Partner at SynFiny Advisors since April 2022. Mie is also an Advisory Council Member at Kobe City Gender Equality Center and JETRO Osaka, starting in April 2022 and July 2021 respectively. Prior to these roles, Mie held various positions at Eli Lilly and Company and Procter & Gamble. At Eli Lilly and Company, they were the Head Of Corporate Affairs Japan and later the Head of Communications, CSR & Advocacy from 2013 to 2021. Before that, at Procter & Gamble, they served as the Senior Director of External Relations Communications / Sustainability and the Associate Director of Integrated E2E Supply Chain. Mie also held several management roles in purchasing and procurement at Procter & Gamble from 1991 to 2007.
