Kedar Cholkar

Kedar Cholkar is a Senior Scientist at Syngenta, with a career spanning multiple roles in the biotechnology and chemical engineering sectors. Prior to Syngenta, Kedar served as a Fermentation Engineer at Sherlock Biosciences and Visolis, Inc., where expertise in fermentation processes was developed. A brief tenure as a Graduate Student Consultant at Ellis Day Skin Science involved identifying technologies for phage-based skincare products. Earlier experience includes an internship at Hypro Group, focusing on process design for pharmaceutical extraction, and a summer research fellowship at the Indian Academy of Sciences, where Kedar studied the extraction of volatile fatty acids.
