Ninano Gelashvili, PMP

Ninano Gelashvili, PMP has extensive work experience in project management and IT roles. Ninano currently works at syniotec as a Software PM / PO, where they assist key business stakeholders in new feature creation, manages the product backlog, and coordinates the development team for solution delivery. Prior to this, they were an IT Project Manager & BA at Imedi L from 2020 to 2022, where they gathered business requirements, designed solutions, and led solution delivery. Ninano also worked as a Project Manager at INGOROKVA from 2017 to 2019, a Regional Project Manager at IdtV in 2017, and a Project Manager at Free University of Tbilisi from 2014 to 2017.

Ninano Gelashvili, PMP, has a diverse education history. In 2013 to 2017, Gelashvili attended the Free University of Tbilisi, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences. In 2019 to 2020, Gelashvili pursued an MBA at BEBS Barcelona Executive Business School, specializing in International Project Management. Gelashvili expanded their knowledge and skills in the field of technology by enrolling at IT STEP Computer Academy in 2021 to 2022, focusing on Front-end & Back-end Development.

In addition to their formal education, Gelashvili has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. They received the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) certifications from Scrum.org in June 2021. Gelashvili also acquired the ITIL V4 Certified certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2021. They further enhanced their skills by obtaining the Introduction to SQL certification from DataCamp and the Technical Writing: How to Write Software Documentation certification from Udemy in January 2021. Gelashvili has plans to pursue the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2023.

Most notably, Gelashvili achieved the highly recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2022, signifying their expertise and proficiency in project management.
