Anthony Jones

Anthony Jones has a diverse work experience spanning from 1985 to 2021. Anthony began their career at IBM, holding various positions such as a Global Billing Operations Manager and a Lead Developer. Anthony then worked at AT&T as an Operations Manager for the Global Billing Platform. After that, they worked at Bisk Education as a QA Team Lead. Anthony then transitioned to Publix Super Markets as a Data Warehouse Developer. Later, they joined HSN as a Data Warehouse Developer. Subsequently, they joined WellCare as a Sr QA Analyst and later became a Manager in Technical Test Services. Anthony then moved to Syniverse, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Agile and DevOps Transformation and Director of A2P Application Delivery and DevOps Center of Excellence. Anthony also worked at Cognizant, Digital Business and Technology as a Business Information Security Director. Most recently, they are employed at Syniverse as an R&D Senior Technical Director - Messaging Services.

Anthony Jones obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Computer Science from the University of South Florida from 1978 to 1984. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from the same university, studying from 1977 to 1983. In 2017, they earned a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
